They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They send you to the wrong lab because they don't take the time to understand your insurance. Because of their incompetence I've been waiting two weeks for important lab results for my son. The office staff is unprofessional and the office manager is unreachable. She has a phone that is never answered and has no voice-mail. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any doctors office, ever.

Recommendedi recommend this place because everyone is extremely kind and they are great with kids and babies. the one i go to is on South Maryland Parkway right across the street from the sunrise children's hospital.
Awful pediatric clinic. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. The facilities are nasty with blood and poop on the floors and walls. They absolutely never have any appointments available same day. Walk in appointments have insane wait times. Even just scheduling a well visit will take weeks if not months. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere that actually values patients and their families.
On December 31 they closed 5 pm. It arrives at 4:25 and they didn't want to attend to me. It's a lie that they have long schedules. Remove that from your advertising. People in front of you are very unprofessional. very good doctors but the team is not right
