Great experience overall. The office was welcoming, and the nurse was very sweet and attentive. The doctor was thorough, listened carefully, and provided a clear, appropriate plan of care. I left feeling confident and reassured.
Amazing customer service from the front office to the back office, and in our meeting with the provider. This practice truly cares about children and their families. What started as a visit filled with uncertainty and fear ended as an excellent experience where all concerns were addressed and topics explained. The waiting room and exam rooms are perfectly tailored to the pediatric patients on top of being adorable. Overall a fantastic visit and would highly recommend.
Horrible 1st visit!!! This was my first time coming to this office and I absolutely hated my visit the doc came in she looked tired and uninterested in my son’s appt. She wasn’t someone I would want to keep seeing she was just dry and boring just seemed so disconnected. Then I call to get his visit summary to be told I have to pay $50 for it!!! Then I had to explain to the front office person a record and visit summary are 2 Different THINGS!!!! Won’t go back for another visit It’s too far for such horrible service!!!
