After a headache trying to change to a different neurology group, the referral I had to this practice remained active. I attempted to make an appointment again, and the staff refused to take my son's referral because of a previous review I wrote about the office staff not answering the phone and canceling my son's appointment without letting me know. Absolutely do not bother! I booked an appointment online and tried calling 8 different times to give my insurance information (including the day before my son’s appointment) and it always said they were closed when it was active business hours or on lunch break when it was not their scheduled lunch break. Save yourself the headache and go to a larger practice that can accommodate.

I absolutely love Dr. Frazier. I like her approach, I like her manner, I feel heard and respected by her. I have 2 kids who see her and she always asks after the other when we're there for one kiddo. She's one of the good ones!
