I’ve lived in the Sunrise Park Apartments for the last several years and it’s been the best experience I’ve had with an apartment. I had looked everywhere in the area for somewhere both affordable and nice looking and these were the only apartments I could find that had a garage, 2 bed 2 bath plus laundry in unit, within my budget and that actually looked nice/modern. lived at these apartments for like three years. Gina manager of the unit is very kind and sweet. A big nod is if something breaks with the new unit they usually can get it fixed very very quickly compared to other rental places. Rent is very reasonable considering how much rent is going for right now and it includes heat. We just outgrew this unit and had to move to something bigger. Otherwise we would’ve love to stay here we love that side of town close to shopping centers, etc.

I lived at Sunrise Park for 3 years and must say it’s been exceptional. Apt manager Gina always has an open door and was always responsive and the maintenance crew is top notch.
