Absolutely rude and lousy customer service. I showed up on for a 145pm appt and sat for 25 minutes before being acknowledged and told there were 2 people ahead of me.
I decided to give this office another chance, but per usual the staff is unprofessional. I’ve been seeing the doctor since childhood and have always been satisfied. However, the interaction with the staff are always frustrating.
Ever since the doctor has been doing appointments from home the stafff has been extremely rude I been going here for years and never seen such rude behavior and service I will not return
I actually really liked this place. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The doctor took his time and made sure my prescription felt right before I left. The office is nice and they use updated equipment which made the process easy. I’ll definitely be back.
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Been calling for over a month now to see if my contacts are ready for pick up. Every time I call, the lady on the phone always says she’ll call me back or get back with me and never does. This is very frustrating considering i’ve spend my money and have yet to receive my contacts. Horrible customer service, don’t come here!
