I have asked for the last 3 weeks for my prescription for my contacts after my visit and my one week trial period as stated by both representatives at your front desk however I walked into the office on Tuesday and was told it’ll be emailed to me. I have yet to receive said email and I really believe the front desk staff need customer service training because they are very passive aggressive. I’d love to receive my prescription by Friday. I will never return to this location. The doctor is AMAZING!
I have pretty good service here when I came. My prescription was great and the prescription contact lenses they offer for trial also worked really well. Only thing I would say is I wish that I didn’t have to ask for my prescription and the code to see it, but maybe they forgot to tell me about the code (which is your phone number) to view it. Other than that, everything else was good. :)
This has been my place for glasses from day one always friendly and best of all affordable
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the doctor and staff. Price is very good as well. All high technology systems.
