I actually really liked this place. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The doctor took his time and made sure my prescription felt right before I left. The office is nice and they use updated equipment which made the process easy. I’ll definitely be back.
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Been calling for over a month now to see if my contacts are ready for pick up. Every time I call, the lady on the phone always says she’ll call me back or get back with me and never does. This is very frustrating considering i’ve spend my money and have yet to receive my contacts. Horrible customer service, don’t come here!
Really good experience here. The doctor knows what he’s doing and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The staff was cool and the whole visit was pretty quick and smooth. They have some high-tech machines too which was nice. Prices were fair. No complaints at all.
The staff at Sunrise Optical is knowledgeable and professional. Dr Normil has served Fort Lauderdale's Northwest section with aplom for decades. (but still call him from anywhere in south Florida)
I have asked for the last 3 weeks for my prescription for my contacts after my visit and my one week trial period as stated by both representatives at your front desk however I walked into the office on Tuesday and was told it’ll be emailed to me. I have yet to receive said email and I really believe the front desk staff need customer service training because they are very passive aggressive. I’d love to receive my prescription by Friday. I will never return to this location. The doctor is AMAZING!
