We moved our uncle in and were guided by Karen the director step by step. She was always available to us, day or night we could count on updates or guidance. We were there almost every single day so we saw exactly how the staff acted toward the residents and it was heart warming. We would stop by for dinner or after dinner on week days. this is a terrible place to put your loved one. The employees are saying anything to get you to put your family there. There was a discrimination lawsuit against this facility regarding discrimination. The executive director diana is all about money she could care less about any one there including the employees. the employees are overworked.she had her husband working there and her mom is living there all of this is to gain residents. there once was a resident found dead in the shower room due to employees not having keys,o... read more
