Sunrise of Thornhill has the most caring and compassionate staff. From the sales dept when we inquired about bringing my mother here, to the front desk, to the dining room staff, to the nurses and the entertainment, the store, and everything in between. I also love that they are pet friendly, which to me, shows a level of compassion above all. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a kind, compassionate, warm and inviting for their parent(s).
First, I need to start off by saying, every single member of Sunrise Thornhill is absolutely incredible. They are the most welcoming, caring, genuine and passionate team and I am so grateful for the experience I’ve had here. Sunrise Senior Living has been a wonderful support for my family. It is never easy making the life decision to move from your family home to a retirement residence. My parents recently moved to independent living at Sunrise and are thriving. They are enjoying the ease of living at Sunrise, the friendly staff and the other residents. The new beautiful renovation is uplifting and youthful. Thank you Monique, Elihja, Chef Chris and the whole Sunrise team for your support. I highly recommend the Sunrise Thornhill community.
