After many months of searching for a senior home, for my elderly mother, we decided on Sunrise of Thornhill. From our very first visit, all the staff has been very welcoming, warm, and prompt to answer any queries. I cannot say enough about how good I feel leaving my Mom in the care of Sunrise Senior Living. From my very first meeting with team members there in Feb 2025 I was met with warmth and the place felt so welcoming. We just finally pushed go and my Mom is now so excited about her new apt and all the opportunities available to her. From the moment we began the process of moving my father-in-law in, the staff made everything smooth, supportive, and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about this retirement home! From our first tour and viewing available units to a return for lunch where we had all our questions answered with patience and kindness, the staff at Sunrise of Thornhill and especially Monique have been wonderful.
