This place is the worse! The Memory Unit is so sad. Horrible smell once you go thru the doors, residents just stuck in front of tv with wet pants and slouched over. So sad-Dogs are treated better than they treat the elderly

I am so livid. We are about 8/9 days into this corona virus pandemic. I get a phone call from Cindy at Sunrise where my mom is in memory care. Calling to ask me when will I be paying MARCH’s bill and then proceeds to ask why I haven’t paid it yet...A bill that only came out 3 weeks ago... I have not received one phone call about her well being during this pandemic. No call letting me know what specific changes they have made due to the pandemic, no reassurance that she’s okay while no visitors are being allowed. Good to know... read more
