I had such a wonderful experience during my visit today. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Sales Director Nicole, whose kindness and professionalism immediately stood out. There is no way to express how much the Team at Ivy Park has supported and blessed our family. Both my wife's parents have been guests there, one in memory care and one in assisted living. The loving care that they and our family have received is life changing. I'm convinced that their care extended my father-in-law's life and saved my mother-in-law's life. Ivy Park at Pleasanton has been a great partner to me and Pam. Pam began staying at Ivy (assisted living) on December 31,2024 and I can credit Nicole, Juliana, Veronica and Kathy with making the arrangements as painless as possible. Karen who handles activities at Ivy has been a blessing. She is open to hearing feedback and input from residence and their families. Ivy Park at Pleasanton, Ca. Has been a True God Send! We were so blessed to find this wonderful home for my brother. The facility itself looks like a high-end hotel. Beautiful recreation rooms with pianos, books, movies etc. . The outside areas are excellent surrounded by rose gardens and lavender! Gilbert Castro, the Executive Director, is always ready to assist in any way necessary. Joanna helped us in selecting my brothers apartment, and it was excellent!
