Ivy Park at Pleasanton, Ca. Has been a True God Send! We were so blessed to find this wonderful home for my brother. The facility itself looks like a high-end hotel. Beautiful recreation rooms with pianos, books, movies etc. . The outside areas are excellent surrounded by rose gardens and lavender! Gilbert Castro, the Executive Director, is always ready to assist in any way necessary. Joanna helped us in selecting my brothers apartment, and it was excellent! We cannot speak highly enough about the incredible care my mother-in-law receives at Ivy Park Memory Care. From the moment she moved in, we felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and reassurance knowing she was in such loving, capable hands. The staff here have truly become extended family to us. They are compassionate, patient, and extraordinarily kind—not only to my mother-in-law but to all of us as her support system. This place is not healthy for the seniors when you walk in and ask questions they pretend to care about your family members they don't i also have noticed how badly they treat the melanin staff.

Very irresponsible and unprofessional staff all around. “Gina” who I believe is the Director and “Kathy” who regularly answers the phone, have continued to be unavailable to respond to our requests and inquiries about my Mum who is sadly, in hospice care now. My mum has experienced 3 unwitnessed falls since she was admitted to The Ivy Memory Care. Sadly, the 3rd unwitnessed fall left my mum with a broken femur and laying on the hard floor surface of her bedroom. Why she was not provided with bed rails, a fall mat and additio... read more
