What a wonderful home for my mother. From my first visit with Christine (Sales), Sunrise emphasized the importance of creating a family environment full of love and caring support. My mother passed recently and had been at Sunrise for over two years and was very happy there and always said how well cared for she was at Sunrise. The staff was great to work with. CARING COMMITTED STAFF!!! plus well maintained facility, nice layout.
My mom has been there 18 months! The staff is great! They are very responsive- any time I have a question or concern I get an email or phone call back almost immediately. The environment is also very pleasant- very pretty furnishings - very homey! Would highly recommend
Please do your due diligence when thinking about placing your loved one in this facility. The assisted living component is great, the first and second floors. The third floor, the reminiscent "Memory Care", is what is to be concerned about. My loved one had numerous falls, the staff are clearly lacking support, and many I believe do not have dementia training certification. The communication is abhorrent, and you will only get a phone call not to be proactive but to be reactive when your loved one is having challenges. We as... read more
My Dad was in memory care for about a year before passing. He was taken care of very well. We found the staff very helpful professional and responsive. It was worth every penny. The staff honored him as a veteran and lined the hall and played taps as he left for the last time. Great emotional experience. Thanks Angelina
