My mom moved to Ivy Park of La Palma at the beginning of the year and what a gem of a community! Ivy Park feels like a home and looks like a mansion. Everyone works together and they really care about the residents. The first person I met was Alana, marketing director, and she was warm and caring from the get-go and still greets me to chit chat whenever I visit. I love this community, my grandma is there. After a lot of thought and a great tour we were confident with Ivy Park at La Palma. The Marketing Director Alana was very informative, knowledgeable and caring. We felt at ease leaving grandma in their care. Such a wonderful community, all our elders should be treated this way.

I was warmly welcomed by Alana, she made me feel comfortable throughout my tour here. Alana genuinely listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. This facility has a homey and inviting feel rather than institutional. I could definitely envision my father living here when he moves out here.
