My wife has been a resident on the Memory Care Unit for a year. Her care is excellent & I highly recommend Sunrise. I feel very comfortable with her living at Sunrise & appreciate the caring of the caregivers & staff. I lived on 1st floor Assisted Living for 4 months when my wife moved in. I found the food great, staff very caring & the price reasonable. I highly recommend Sunrise!
My mother is very hard to please. As of now she is having fun with the reading club and other activities. She is always going to complain about the food wherever she goes. But the complaints about the food are less at Sunrise of Decatur.
We've been very happy with the assisted living community where my father resides. The caretakers are truly excellent—they genuinely care about each individual resident. The med-techs are precise, knowledgeable, and consistently timely with medications. Overall, the staff is outstanding: responsive, communicative, and always ready to help solve problems.
