RecommendedIt is a great park to live in, the folks here are so kind and careing, we have lived here over 6 years , we really like it.
people at the park have been awesome. they care about each other and im glad that nanny(ann) will have them here to help her while she is here.they cared so much for my dad and nanny. we can leave knowing they will look after her. thank you all

We love our park and our mobile home. we consider all the people to be our friends and they made us welcome from day one. We love having church there too. Everyone is required to keep their place looking clean and neat and that makes it a very nice place to live. Thanks Mike Strand (owner) for an affordable beautiful area for our winter home.
I think we have the best small park in all of Florida. We are more like family here than just neighbors and freinds. I can not think of a better place to be.
