The mindfulness course I took with Cindy truly impacted my life in a big way! Her style is amazingly patient, understanding and kind. Everything was well thought out and done with professionalism. Cindy has a really nice style about her and thought of many 'extras' to provide to her students. She has vast experience and you can feel it! I traveled over an hour each way to take this course and it was well worth it! I highly recommend Sunrise Mindfulness to anyone interested in a positive life enriching mindfulness experience!
