Hope i dont kicked out for this...Don't try and talk to the lady or guys at the front desk overly rude and impatient, they have better stuff to do most the time I guess than to open the door or their job. The case manager's can be nice and welcoming handout food and dinner on holidays but my Family being harrased by the front desk staff and im not aloded to not have more than 1 guest at a time in your apt.
