I took my 2 and a 1/2 year old to the lab in Islip today and Donna was AMAZING with her..she even gave a book to read about having blood drawn beforehand. We still had a few tears but my daughter is still talking about how Ms. Donna made her laugh and gave her a Bugs Bunny band aid!!!
Usually I get good service here but this morning, some woman named Kristen gave me a nasty attitude when I called to ask when the lab opened. She was nasty when I pointed out the front door was locked and said she "didn't know what to tell me". I asked about how to get to a different entrance and was met with more attitude "you don't know how to get there?". I had to point out that that's why I was asking. Get it together Sunrise. If you want to succeed, exercise more care when hiring staff.
I was there yesterday for some blood test I hate blood I'm really afraid of it and this lady Monica help me she make everything easy for me she's amazing sweet friendly she make it allot easier!
The management should be able to support there staff with a busier day .Not just call an tell the staff to work harder. Why can't they call some one in instead make the customers wait over an hour an a half for blood drawn.youre staff was great it's all about cost for the bussiness totally unacceptable terrible way to run you're business .I'll never return

I had to have a 3 hour glucose testing. Monica the phlebotomist was amazing and so kind, she made a very uncomfortable situation as comfortable as can be.
After having a horrible experience at Quest It was a pleasure to be able to drop off a sample & be out of there in 10 minutes. The gentleman at the desk at the Massapequa office was extremely friendly & accommodating. I would highly recommend over Quest!
The worst lab. I called them to have some prices for my tests. When I got there they give me another prices. A LOT more expensive than the ones I talked by telephone. At the end, I just could pay for one that costs $55, but they charged me $154. I didn´t know about the real price ($55) until I left the place. I have the proof (my bill and the prices list) of the fraud.
