After leaving another local lab in the Greenwood area in tears last week after a very unfortunate encounter with rude staff I came to this location for my blood draw. The facility is very clean and smells good. Both staff working were very friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Both were named Angie, one was in training. She drew my labs and I didn't even feel it! Will definitely be using this lab from now on. Feeling welcome and getting good customer service is just as important as skill. I did not recieve result on time and I did call 4-5 times call but not return call
Angie is the Mac Daddy of blood draws! She always does a fantastic job and never fails to make me laugh!
I always have a good experience here with the blood sample process. The professionals are friendly and skilled.
