There is ALWAYS a ridiculously long wait. The place is so backed up that there aren't even any seats left to sit when you come in. You could be there for hours. They only have one person working instead of two which would move things along quickly. They don't want to pay for more help. There was another Sunrise Lab in East Setauket on 25A and it was great. From years of using this Lab, I’ve always found them to be polite, helpful, and kind. Sometimes there is a long wait, depending how many customers there are.
I just went there for the first time cuz I was going to the one in Selden and never again. Will I go sell them? I'll go always to East setauket. They were professional and patient and everything I could want in a lab
