Weird place in a weird building, general vibe of the building was kind of sketchy. Tried to call multiple times, no answer. Was referred here for AVISE testing. Spent money on an uber to get there only to be told that they don’t have the equipment for it. Weirdly the receptionist made the claim that no location had the equipment for it, but this is where my rheumatologist sent me. They are the worst. They took test on collection center and they don’t do testing at the location. They send test to New York and takes 8 days and still not getting the result. I was so frustrated.
I had 3 labs done and my doctor only received 1. I called Sunrise to ask what happened. They told me the note on my chart says they "didn't have the right colored caps for the vials" so they didn't send those 2 labs in. Never told me. The stress of waiting for lab work only to find out they didn't have the right colored caps so they didn't do it and to have to fit lab work back into my work schedule.
Rotten customer service attitude in the part of the tech. Did not say anything like what the procedure is or even whether or not to flush the toilet after I use it. Tech jabbed in the needle from a distance; he did not ease it into my arm. Horrible place. Avoid!!!!!!!
