I bought a used boat sight unseen from Sunrise. I live 7 hours away. Josh stayed late to deliver the boat. When I got home I noticed water under the seat base. I spoke with Josh and Mark. They told me they would make it right. They were able to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be very minor, just some old foam in a small area holding water. Austin Scott was my salesman. Super reliable on communication and honesty. Picked up a used boat and he had already looked for anything wrong with the boat and it was cleaned upon my arrival. Great attitude and super friendly and also gave multiple food recommendations for the area due to my far drive. 10/10 would recommend.

I have worked with Sunrise Marine for years. This year I worked with Josh Turner to replace a 2015 Robalo Cayman with another Cayman. Josh found what I was looking for at their Florida location and transported it to Daphne. The service team worked with me to add some features. Josh and team were professional and very accommodating.
I was in the market for a used Robalo 246 Cayman. I had thought I had found the one I wanted but after meeting with Cam Pierce at the Daphne location, I ended up buying a new 246 Cayman. The entire purchase experience was quite excellent. Cam’s after sale follow up has the best. A few things needed to be addressed and he was on spot to get everything taken care of. This is the way a dealership should function.
