I just called to talk to my mother who has been there for years and the staff told me she had been transferred to another place. They couldn't tell me when or where she was transferred. Then my sister found out she had died 6 months earlier and some how they didn't have that on record to tell their family when they checked. I hope everyone else has a better experience then we did. I was there for some weeks. The night shift SUCKED they brought them there from an outside service and also the whole time I was there they did not have the style of bags etc. the items that they had were the output bags for your formed bm not one for high output. I have Crohn’s Disease. They kept telling me they were gonna order them for me but they never did. So it sucked and was so stressful there for this reason and many others.
