I moved into Adams Park Apartments owned by sunrise management consulting on March 1, 2022. One of the reasons I moved into Adams Park was because they had basements while touring the apartment. I was told that the basement of the apartment that I was going to rent was dry shortly after moving in I came home one day and I had almost 2 feet of water in my basement the water consisted of soiled bathroom products, toilet paper, etc. which did not come from my bathroom.
