This company SUCKS. Do not give them ANY money or deposits as they will freaking LOSE the checks you give them and then claim they never received your deposit when it is time to return it. After a year of fighting, I am still missing a $400 move-in deposit that they simply lost track of. How is that my problem?! Most irresponsible, disorganized, callous and useless property management company I have ever worked with. Scammers.
I’ve lived in my community for three years and have always followed the rules, paid on time, and respected the space. But recently, I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability from management. After working 12-hour shifts, I came home two nights in a row to find someone parked in my assigned spot. Sunrise has helped us recover from a very bad situation with prior management. When FSR left there were issues with vendor management and bids that were not collected the right way. The Board like keeping the accounting in a separate bucket and it works very well such a large community. The staff is able to get support and the finances have gotten better because the maintenance assessments are collected on time and there are better systems in place to monitor spending.
