Terrible management company and maintenance crew. They don't do walk thru's on our community as per our contract. You always have to tell them what to needs to be fixed. And usually by the 2nd or 3rd request it will get done. Terrible communication skills. After hours number is a joke. You never receive a call back. If your community is considering hiring them as your management company beware. It will be your worst mistake.
Terrible company! PLEASE make sure you go to their second google page they created with no adress to deflect all these bad reviews so you can see all the other complaints. I didnt realize how bad it was.. This gets zero stars and a formal complaint from my client. Terrible, horrible experince and company!!!!!
