Fraudulent company. They failed to mention that they were not going to be the management company anymore and I did not get the new address so I got double charged for three months of my HOA because of them because they accepted the checks. And because they accepted the checks because it was directed to them they were not honest enough to give them to the new management company or cancel them themselves. these people are crooks.
If it’s the same as Sunrise Management, run away. They disappeared from Sunrise Lakes Phase IV - Inc II, leaving us with a lot of problems.
Terrible, I wished I could give zero. They never answer their phone and email get returned undeliverable. Trying to get in touch with them for months.
Terrible management company and maintenance crew. They don't do walk thru's on our community as per our contract. You always have to tell them what to needs to be fixed. And usually by the 2nd or 3rd request it will get done. Terrible communication skills. After hours number is a joke. You never receive a call back. If your community is considering hiring them as your management company beware. It will be your worst mistake.
