I got my eyebrows and forehead also uper lip abd chin waxed 2 weeks ago and the employee burnt my chin, cheek and while doing my brows she gave me few cuts. First of she didn't even bother cleaning the bed that they put you on to do the waxing. I called in and was able to book an appointment for an ombré the same day. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond—taking the time to look at a reference photo I brought and offering thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences. The hair wash was calming, and I left feeling so happy with my new look. It felt refreshing and uplifting!
