Extremely disappointed. I have a very large irrigation system and had been taking care of myself- but I wanted to hire someone - when I called sunrise- Steve on the phone said basically “i don’t want the job if I can’t do all of your service”. I agreed that I want opening and closing, I found myself trying to “sell him” on being my guy on the phone. Mistake. We were very impressed with Sunrise Irrigation. Steve did a great job of setting our expectations up front. We were given a timeline and charges before any work began. I greatly appreciated that he was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend Sunrise Irrigation if you want to have knowledgeable service from someone who actually treats you like a customer and not a number.

Steve helped us tremendously with our irrigation system issues. Our previous provider wouldn’t return calls and couldn’t fix our system until late July at the earliest. I called Steve on a Tuesday, HE answered (not a receptionist), got plans squared and his Irrigation engineer, Brett, was out Friday to fix the problem! Both were great to work with and I’m looking forward to continuing with their services for as long as I can! Would rate 10/5 if I could!

Steve was amazing. Was able to get out to fix my system in less then 24 hours. Called me when he was on his way to I could make sure I was home to assist if needed. Excellent work and very Professional!!
