I arrive got brought in Katrina and anam and Heather were outstanding really nice carrying and took care of me i had a really bad experience on sep 4 the doctor that saw me was nice took care of me but the nurse that was Asian that took over my first nurce was unprofessional yelling at me I ask for nauseous medicine gave me aditud took one hour to give it to me I didn't get her name she didn't introduce her self she was Asian with blond hair like copper color really unprofessional and she is in wrong job she seems really ups... read more

The exuberated excellent communication and service skills they're very compassionate respectful as well as efficient and very quick for it being an emergency room. Dr Phillips was very thorough explained to me everything I needed to know as well as nurse leader Heather the RN Katrina and Cathlyn what overly helpful and I really and truly appreciated that because I had a bad experience coming from UMC hospital emergency room 2 days prior and was treated very poorly and badly and disrespected.
