We love our Sunrise home. They are customizable from top to bottom! They were extremely efficient when building our home. We did keep a close eye on things, we walked the build 2x a week with the builders to assure no corners were cut. There were things we caught here and there but they did correct them when we pointed them out. They were not happy or friendly when we asked them to do it, but they did do it. They did not honor their warranty with our home. Our insurance company denied a roofing claim due to installation issues.

This was the most enjoyable homebuilding experience we’ve ever had! Great value and quality for the price. The design experience with Mark was very personalized. The building process with Matt, Pat, and Jeff was worry free at every stage and any concerns we had they addressed immediately. The team went the extra mile throughout the process with some design changes, and by adding a few extras like a customized framed inside kitty door in my wife’s office.
