I write this in reference to a deposit for a property we were supposed to build on with Sunrise. We have been deeply affected by the COVID-19 pandemic as my wife lost 30% of her income due to the Corona-virus. We believe this was an Act of God and have tried to the best of efforts to work with Sunrise.
