My husband and I hired this company to install 4 ductless air conditioning units in our home. We spent $ 24,000 with this company. The units were installed incorrectly and caused $7500 in damages. The owner refused to return my phone calls and left us with a $7500 repair and damage bill. BUYER BEWARE.
Jeff was right on time and very professional. He was obviously knowledgeable about all the different aspects of my heating system and did an outstanding job.
Called multiple times about repairing a heating issue or getting a part so we could fix it ourselves. Every time we called we got a "Oh we are on it, we will call you back ASAP!" 4 calls later we went to a different company who had EXCELLENT service and helped us the first time.
