The technician showed up just a little earlier than expected which worked out great, he proceeded to troubleshoot the system explaining in detail what he was doing. the system was up and running in short order and at a reasonable cost. When I have issues and call the company. James has someone out either that day or the next to fix my problem. I have dealt with him now for 4 years and am totally satisfied. I give 5 stars for customer service and professionalism!!!!!

Integrity is a great quality these days and Sunrise has it! The tech was nice, homest, knowledgeable and on time. Oh and not salesy.

This company is outstanding! Highly recommend. I had my regular a/c tech out on Monday and he said the unit was shot and needed to be replaced due to over heating. Said it was an old unit and nothing more could be done. So I then started having companies come out to get quotes on new units with install. Come Thursday this was my last call. Samantha was so nice and said she could have Aaron come out between 5-7pm. By the time I got home from work, Aaron was there, trouble shot it and had it working.
