This builder is hard to work with. Development fees on the project I bought into were 18%. They added development charges without proving calculations. They made up figures to add to their profit. They threaten to sue when you complain. This is not a builder who worries about their reputation. They are going for the throat. The staff on the other hand has been excellent to work with on deficiencies. Be very careful!
