When I had ingrown toenails he performed procedure on both large toes and I have not had that pain in over 12 years.
Nice bedside manner . However, if you have serious issues, Dr Ross is not the doctor for you. Extremely ineffective treatments, bad recommendations, and now, thanks in part to his treatment, or lack thereof, I have lost 1 1/2 toes
One member of the staff is extremely friendly, organized and pleasant while the other is rude, confrontational and has zero understanding of being in a customer service related position. Entitled and arrogant this staff member has convinced me to seek another podiatrist.
