My experience with this practice was mixed, and I want to separate the doctor from the front desk and administrative communication. My impression of the doctor was positive. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions when he got time. After I decided not to proceed, he called me personally, explained the refund, and apologized. Having not been to the dentist in a year, I shopped around quite a bit before closing Sunrise Dental. First impressions were excellent, the front desk staff helped me quickly and took extra time to verify my insurance for me. My xrays were quick and easy. The highlight of my visit was my cleaning with Katie. She did such an amazing job, was efficient, and left my teeth feeling very clean. I booked a dental cleaning for my mom with Katie, and she had such a wonderful experience! Katie was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough with the cleaning—my mom’s teeth look amazing.
