Would never use this company. I bought a new house and the propane tank was full when I bought the house. Its a sunrise tank. Sunrise called us and was very rude. My wife works for a different propane company and we where going My wife's company since we get a discount price. Jessica from the fremont office talked to my wife and told her that they are coming to get the tank the next day. Many thanks for such quick response to an issue at my home. Propane tank suddenly started tipping. Sent out a SOS to Sunrise, next morning 2 gentlemen came moved the tank in the mud and slopp to a more stable location Thank you very much
Unlike all the other propane companies around here, I can count on Sunrise to keep my tank full. Customer service is great. And the drivers do their best to not tear up my yard like the other companies. And if they do , they come right out and fix it.
I do not use enough propane for them to even care about me as a customer. They stated they are coming to take the tank and they are going to pay me for the propane that is in it. They won't pay me market value for it though. They will only pay me the same price I originally paid for the propane.The only option they gave me was to purchase the 25 year old tank for $2500.
Have been a customer for probably 15 years or more I’ve always paid cash for my deliveries and always on time, very disappointed because one of my payments crossed in the mail after due date( are great US mail service ) now they won’t deliver propane to my residence until I pay a $14 late fee I have probably paid over $20,000 never a problem but now they won’t deliver propane to my house until this is resolved I cannot believe it !!all this for $14 shame on you sunrise!
