David was not a nice person, man he was somthing else would, just bad all around smh
I contacted this company under the premise that they had good ratings and theyre close by. However, they scheduled me fir next day and nothing. No call/no show. I called them to see what's going on and was told that the tech assigned was no longer with the company but they were securing another tech and the service manager would call. That was hours ago and still nothing.
I work as a GC and SonRise is one of our go to electricians. They are quick to reply to scheduling requests, do excellent work, are reliable, and all around - a great group of people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact, several people in our company have hired them to work on their own homes, a true testament to the good work they do!
