In my view the quality of work performed, for the high price paid, has declined. There is little attention to detail, taking that extra step to insure the job is done right. This will vary greatly depending on the Tech that performs the work.
From the start the communication was outstanding, precise, fast and you feel like you are really looked after. John was amazing with making me feel at easy through the entire process, and Justin as well! The two worked as a great time to accomplish and not so easy venture! High praise for even cleaning up after themselves! Was like no one was there! Look forward to utilizing Blue Collar again, esp John and Justin!
Great service. On time and finished ahead of time but still took extra time to answer all my questions.
Another efficient and positive experience with Blue Collar. John was fantastic - knowledgeable, personable, great explanation of the work done, and gave great suggestions on how to prevent future issues. Can’t recommend enough!
