Wonderful place to call home Sunrise East is a wonderful apartment complex. The owner is down to earth and the rent for the area is fair. Management works closely with the EPD to make sure that everyone is safe here, and there are rarely any problems. They do an extensive background check on prospective tenants, so I recommend to tell the truth when filling out an application or you probably won't get the apartment.
