When I called to schedule an appointment I was able to get in quickly. My crown came off and I was able to get in to seal it before having an appointment as a new patient for consultation. The receptionists had great customer service and explained benefit costs before treatment, the dental assistant was welcoming and did her job well. Everyone in the office is so kind, scheduling is straightforward and quick, and Dr. Jean is an absolute delight when it comes to technique, patience, and a gentle touch.
I love everyone in this dental office but there is one hygienist who is always so shot. She’s very aggressive and doesn’t care whenever I tell her she hurt me, I’ve given it a few chances but it happens every time. She rushes me every time I am there. Like I’m an inconvenience to her work schedule.
Very friendly place great atmosphere totally professional did what they needed to do and I feel very confident that they look things over very well and I look forward to my return thank you very much you guys are awesome
