My husband had a dental emergency with a toothache. They were able to get him in quickly and were very kind and patient during the visit. Ours was the last of the day and our ride home was an Access Van. They were not due until after 6 so we would have to wait outside. One of the ladies lived close to us and offered to take us home! What a Blessing! I would actually give them 10 stars for caring and kindness. Thanks!
I had a very disappointing experience at Sunrise Dental that has stuck with me even 18 months later. When I visited, I was told, “you need a deep cleaning and your gums look like they are in your 50’s.” This shocked me, because I’ve always been praised by other dentists and hygienists for my excellent dental hygiene. Still, I went along with it since I had never had a deep cleaning before and assumed it might be a normal step at some point.
