My husband started going to this office because they "support teamsters". He has been going to this dentist for years, but after today's visit, he will not recommend them or go there again. He took time off work and scheduled an appointment well in advance for an extraction. Super professional, knowledgeable, compassionate dentist and staff. I had a dental emergency was able to be seen quickly, within 24 hours.
I have been to other dentists but by far the Tacoma location is the best ever. My dentist had retired, and my husband is in the Union. So we tried another dentist and had terrible service and damage done to his teeth. Also were not very good with mine either... We were told about Sunrise dental Tacoma. The two new female dentists that took over the practice are judgemental, money mongers who don't actually listen to the needs of their clients OR look at legal details on paper. Nor do they have the ability to remain calm, logical and fair. I originally returned to this clinic for a different dentist who was no longer there, but I needed emergency service and the staff was always so friendly!! I Was told after a cleaning i have a cavity note I was never told this before 6 mos priot to coming to this office initially for just a cleaning and I wasn't having any issues with any of my teeth. so two weeks ago decided to get it filled to get ahead of any pain I could experience later. Dr. Doe has The Hands Of An Angel - Love Her Staff as Well -- A FUN Dentist To Go To.
This practice gets zero stars from me. They would not honor my request not to have X rays taken today. I was there for one of my twice a year cleanings. I have in my file my previously submitted request for no X rays due to a family history of cancer. Find another practice. The gal at the front desk however was wonderful.
