I was recommended this office from a friend and have been very happy with my experience. I’ve been a few times now and each time I am always treated so well. The office staff, dental hygienist, and doctor are so kind and helpful, thorough in their exam and care, and just so good at what they do!
This is an okay place to go for regular, preventative cleanings. But be careful if you want to do any other services, because they will quote you a lower price and then bill you five times that amount. Then when you call them, they are not understanding of that at all. You can blame insurance all you want, but it is also your responsibility because we are your clients. This happened with a family member.
***SCAM***I had a terrible experience with Sunrise Dental and feel completely scammed. Before my treatment, I was clearly given a price and agreed to move forward based on that amount. After the service was completed, they kept sending additional bills asking for more money with no clear explanation. In the beginning you get a great quote but afterwards they keep sending you additional bills. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
5 star experience with every single team member here. I'm so happy to find such a hard working, caring group, that showed expertise from each member as I had regular cleaning and work done.
