We called and told them I had back surgery recently and can not sit long. They assured us the wait was not long and they ran on time. They also said they would get me back quick because of my back surgery. We ended up waiting 90 mins! They even took 3 people who had appts 30 mins after mine before they took me. When I finally got back there I found out because of construction next to their office they had no running water or working machine.
