Paid in advance for work done. Was supposed to get refund for over payment but they kept giving me excuses . The insurance did not give them what they wanted so they refused to refund the difference. Also became arrogant because I chose to have certain work done before another procedure. Over heard her mockingly say, "He thinks he's a dentist now". I believe the choice is up to me. Very unprofessional, will not return to this practice.
What a ripoff, $150 for 7 minutes to recement a loose crown, and arogant about it too. Be very careful about this place.
