This dentist's office doesn't care about your time! I scheduled a deep clean 6 weeks ago. Today I receive a call to confirm my appt next week and learned that the dentist took the day off and they'll need to reschedule... the kicker? 6 more weeks to wait! Don't waste your time if you need things done. Instead of calling me ahead of time to reschedule, they waited until the last minute to inform, after I'd already taken the day from work. Terrible service 0/10, they don't care about your time at all...
Best dentist office around! The staff is great, the doctors are awesome and I don’t plan on switching ever. Highly recommend 😊
Dr. Vail and his staff are the best. He is honest with his patients. Previously, I went to two other dentists’ office and they said I had cavities and required fillings. Dr. Vail told me I didn’t have any cavities. Dr. Vail’s staff completed an in-depth cleaning of my teeth and treated me in a friendly and professional manner. Other dental offices I have gone to did a quick 5 minute cleaning. CHOOSE Sunrise Dental- Dr. Vail is the best and you can trust him!
Dr Vail has been my dentist for 37 years. He is an amazing dentist. He is always so kind and very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I know it is wishful thinking, but I hope he never retires. The office staff is always so professional but a lot of fun to talk to as well.
