I bought a 110 Groupon for my husband and I for Valentine’s Day. I tried to redeem it before it expires August 10 and the receptionist said it in not valid.
This is the second time my husband and I have been here for a couple's massage. Each time has been incredible! I HIGHLY recommend every couple take the time to visit here. The massage is thorough and every one is so friendly and professional. We'll be back.

Really sketchy business practice. I scheduled an appointment over the phone stating I had Groupon. They said they didn’t schedule groupons on the weekend, but could during the week. I showed up to my appointment early and just happened to see a random loose paper stating they were not accepting Groupons and I would have to get a refund and pay cash. As I waited, I could not find a way to refund my Groupon, so I mentioned this and the Employee states they don’t have the capability to receive Groupon payments. I could however ... read more
I purchased a Groupon after I checked to make sure hey would honor it. After I hired a sitter and showed up with my husband, I was rudely told they would not honor the Groupon and I could buy the time for another $100. I will never come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone in the future.
My favorite massage place they do awesome massages.
My partner scheduled a couples massage for my birthday, a week before. When we arrived to our appointment they told us we would have to wait a minimum of half an hour for our massage despite having an appointment with no explanation. What is the point of making an appointment then? They didn’t even bother to call and let us know they were running behind and we traveled over 30 minutes to get there (don’t live in the area but read the great reviews). Can someone give me a suggestion on how to schedule a massage I've called and when a person answers they put me on hold then hang up. I've left messages as well, I am very frustrated. I've been getting massages at places like Massage Envy and Luxe for years and I've never encountered this. It's my fiance's first massage and I thought booking a couples massage would be a fun date night for us.
