This place litters the neighboring houses back yards on a regular basis with the location of their trash receptacles and I have witnessed the maintenance/lawn care crew blowing trash through a gap on my fence on multiple occasions. Please move the dumpsters if you want this review edited. I have also heard loud music and gunfire from this apartment complex since February 2021 on a regular basis. Not the ideal place to raise a family.
They have refused to pay their security invoices, which total 15k. Our security officers were dealing with extremely violent situations, including regular gun shots, almost nightly, and they refused to add extra services. Once we put in our notice to cancel security services, they refused to pay the delinquent invoices. As for living here, only if you wear a bullet proof vest!
