Don't move here, even if you're desperate. Management of the building changes constantly, upkeep is horrible. Cockroach infested, bedbug infested, no respect for tenants. It may seem promising because it's cheap, but you'll end up putting more money in to get out than anything. The management is never secure, nor is your money, half the time, the people in there don't know what they're doing.
I lived here for about 2 years. Cheap apartments but they smell horrible and we moved out when the buildings became infested with bed bugs.
