Mr. Rickey Jones has truly been a blessing in my life. It’s unfortunate that I have to move out of state because, hands down, he is the best therapist I’ve ever had. He has helped me navigate through so many major seasons of my life—from my Army career and marriage to postpartum and motherhood. This place is really awesome. There lobby itself is very soothing. The therapist I have is incredibly knowledgeable, sympathetic, empathetic, and has a real desire to help. I’ve done things I’m not proud of, but my therapist has no bad judgments. These people truly want to help!!!

Was seeing a therapist and making progress. Then my health took a hit and I couldn't come regularly for a bit. I tried as hard as I could. Instead of understanding and discussing it with me, they sent sparky emails about "consistency being important" and that if I didn't come regularly they would stop scheduling. I showed up twice to my regular weekly appointment, and they'd already schedule someone else in the slot.
