Maddie Brooks is amazing! She has been a great listener and so helpful to me processing past traumas.
I have read a lot of the reviews prior to attending here. As all places I have been disappointed at times, but I have to say I have one of the best EMDR therapist Marketa Woods and she doesn't bs me which is something I needed over someone who can't get to the point in a one hour session. I know they have a few people I just don't mess with. At the front desk, Jennifer holds it down while Kelsey recovers from having a baby recently. Giving you a two instead of a one for now. What’s sad is the “manger” whoever she was(could’ve been the reception)tryna clear up an error from admin to them. Wasn’t born yesterday, but don’t feed me a bunch of bull when you could do better when an issue was raised to you.Give reminders to all patients not just one person when I told you many times to notify me as well, but I guess it doesn’t matter, b/c I’m not a sponsor. My advice is pass on this service. There are to many technical issues with there telemedicine platform. You will definitely get billed for missed appointments regardless of the circumstances and reaching out to the business or office manager is useless. All you get is the runaround. If you are having issues I would recommend notifying CMS or Joint Commission. You will not get the fees back but at least they are doing the work to get their money.
I am a veteran using community care. The office made me an appointment with for today at 3pm has no record of the appointment. They made me reach out to community care to extend my care for a year then asked me to close out care. Sunrise called me and set the appointment and now have zero record of the appointment. The administration at this office is terrible and unprofessional. Veterans deserve better and should look elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
