This review is about one of your phlebotomists, Rocea. ( I am guessing at the spelling). I have had problems having blood drawn in the past. Rocea not only drew my blood without a hitch she identified my problem and offered a solution (using an alternative vein). Also there was a snafu with my paperwork and she fixed it! Could not have had a better experience.
My visit started with a perfectly polite girl at the desk. Did her job well. Then it moved on to an insanely rude nurse who assumed I was drug seeking from the second she saw me because I was limping. Extremely dismissive. She got up in the middle of asking me questions and said she had to check something and needed to stick me. She comes back with an obvious drug test, which I'm positive I passed with flying colors because, unlike most of your usual clientele you get coming in there, I'm actually not a drug addict. Wow, we received our COVID shots this morning and the patient flow and customer service were amazing. ROCK. STARS. I have worked in healthcare for 35 years and I am so impressed with the level of service. And I learned a lot about their many services and locations from the brochure.
