We lived at The Reva for almost 7 years! We really enjoyed living here and the staff were so responsive and helpful. Nicole and Parí always responded to any issues timely and were kind. The maintenance team is great and personable. We will miss it. It’s safe, lots of space to take daily walks and dog friendly.
Excellent apartments. The main advantages are - it is possible to live with pets, fast and high-quality repair of any electrical appliances, if the guys could not fix the problem, they simply replace the old household appliances with new ones, absolutely adequate management and workers both in terms of communication and in terms of completing assigned tasks, weekly lawn mowing and cleaning of the common area, smoking is prohibited on the territory, constant parking control and gates at the entrance. I recently had the worst experience ever. I parked in my designated spot and slightly crossed the parking line with my rear tire. Instead of notifying me (they have my phone number) and giving me time to re-park, they towed my car to ED Towing, and I had to pay $360 for it. They don’t care about residents’ safety—the doors are always unlocked—but they’re quick to be greedy, towing any vehicle that looks even slightly out of place.
