The experiment with the service person wasn’t a friendly start he came out on a timely matter and customer service was nice. once technician came out looked at the job he pushed in a PVC pipe into a sub pump and overcharged me a $279 charge right away I felt offended and I I respect the business but to charge customers that amount for just to come out a one minute and something that could’ve been done over the phone would have been something more respectfully appreciate it. Thank you
